Conditions
of Service (August 2002 onwards):
1. The Sawbridgeworth Directory is open to all legitimate businesses in the CM21 postal
area.
2. The site owner, Clark Interim Ltd, reserves the right to refuse the inclusion of any party
without explanation.
3. In the event of any dispute on the inclusion or exclusion of any party, Clark Interim Ltd's decision will be final and it reserves the right not to give any
explanation.
4. The site owner reserves the right to withdraw, or dispose of to a third
party, the whole or part of the website, at any time without notice.
5. The prices quoted above are for the period to end of 2002. It is not the
intention to increase charges by more than 10% for 2003.
6. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of this website
and the information contained herein. No guarantee is given and users are
advised that no liability of any sort will be accepted for any inaccuracies,
errors or loss of service.
7. The site will not normally contain personal information. Where individual
businesses reveal information about individuals, it will be taken that the
permission has been given by the individuals concerned before the
information was made available to the webmaster.
8. The inclusion or exclusion of a business must not be taken as any comment of
the liquidity or the quality of the service given.
9. All paid-for services are provided on a cash with order basis
only.
10. The copyright of material depends on its source. Where a business
provides material, it will be taken as a condition of inclusion that permission
to reproduce on this website has been granted through that business by the
copyright holder. Photographs taken and web design performed especially
for this website are the intellectual property of Clark Interim Limited and must
not be reproduced without permission. The website and the material contained
thereon must not be copied except for personal use for the purpose of
identifying businesses.
